What do I offer?
In the home Baby massage, baby yoga and yoga for children and families can all be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. I can bring the mats and props, you provide the space and the people! Whether this is for a small group of family friends or simply the family members, you can experience the benefits of baby massage or yoga in your own home.
Children's parties - tailored to your needs! I can bring mats, musical instruments, music and props to support a theme (e.g. a visit to the jungle, zoo, farm, fairyland etc.)
Children's groups (e.g. Rainbows, Brownies, Guides etc.) mats, music, props etc are provided. I will come to your group meeting to share yoga with the group - leaders can join in the session alongside the children. Yoga can be tailored to suit the group e.g. to include mindfulness, trust building, communication, partner or group poses, games, quiet time yoga activities etc.
Schools, nurseries, playgroups, family community groups - I will visit your school, nursery, playgroup or community group and bring mats etc. I can tailor the session to your needs - Family Yoga or Children's Yoga - both include opportunities for the children to contribute to leading the session. Classes are interactive and research proves that yoga supports development in many ways, e.g. social, emotional and physical - proprioception, vestibular etc.
Classes - I can teach baby massage, baby, children and family yoga at different locations - look out for a class near you. If you have a location in mind for a class please contact me and we can discuss the details.
