Munro fitness was born on January 1st 2018 with only a handful of members. Today we have a 'Clan' of over 2300 members all working towards similar goals in a relaxed, friendly and most importantly, SUPPORTIVE environment. With an experienced and qualified team of Nutritionists and Personal trainers, there is always an expert on hand to support and guide you on whichever path you are on. Be it weight loss, muscle gain or generally just learning how to better balance your nutrition. Munro Fitness has something for everyone and we are also able to advise those that are pregnant/planning pregnancy. Breastfeeding. Suffer from Diabetes, PCOS or have throid issues.
