Business Profile

Set up in 2002 as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), we took ownership of the council's 18,000 homes in 2011. Over the next 5 years we will be delivering £124 million of improvements to homes and estates. In partnership with Bolton Council and numerous agencies, we also work to improve the social and economic conditions of both the estates where our houses are located as well as other disadvantaged areas in the Bolton borough.
