"Obviously replacing carpets is an ongoing headache and I have used a lot of different carpet companies over the years. I have to say that this is the best company I have used. They were 20% cheaper than my other 2 quotes and the service was excellent. They recommended stripes on the stairs and plain on the landing - which looks brilliant and the new under lay they recommended makes it feel like you are walking on sponges. When first visiting the shop (it's only a small unit) I was given samples to take away, they then gave me a rough estimate and then came and measured up. After giving me an exact quote, and I gave them the go ahead, they came and fitted the carpet. They rang me before they set off to do the quote and the fitting ( I asked them to do this so I could make sure I was in, as I live in Rossendale ) - The fitting is brilliant! I will spread the word"
