I don't know how these people do business because they were extremely rude and unhelpful. The proprietor was only interested in scraping away some grime from a display rather than serve my wife and I, and even after getting some attention from him, he basically mocked us for not knowing the names of the various fires we were interested in. We walked out of his shop thoroughly disgusted. He lost our custom.
