I message the company regarding a advert they had posted. The response was poor but I was desperate due to the current climate. Date was arranged for collection of the timber. On arrival the interaction was difficult and the gentleman was rude. Apparently I had interrupted his lunch. Customer service is poor and the timber is sub standard. Buyer be aware.
