The service department here at Marriotts forms a key part of the business liaising with our parts department offering customers a professional and efficient aftersales service. We have a wealth of experience with our factory trained technicians spanning many years on both older machines and the latest state of the art superbikes.
Heading the team is the workshop manager Martin Richardson who brings a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to the store. Martin is always committed to offering a high customer service and has successfully completed all the latest new model training programs.
Working alongside Martin is Andrew Pemberton who has recently completed his Suzuki apprentiship. Andrew is a highly skilled mechanic and has recently been awarded Suzuki Apprentice of the Year Award.
At Marriott's we pride ourselves on our friendly approach often giving our customers advice on general routine checks on their machines.
Our aftersales department is able to offer a large range of services and stock a massive range of fast moving parts, accessories and security products that in most cases can be fitted at short notice.
We are an approved Datatool dealer making sure the security meets all Thatcham requirements.
