""I own a Peugeot saloon and I broke down whilst in Manchester some 4 years ago. I called Pugbitz on my mobile, they attended and diagnosed a electrical circuit fault and they towed me to there garage. They called me 2 hours later, fully explaining the problem, gave an estimate for the work required and unit price and I collected the car later that day. Upon collection they stated that they had over estimated the work required and reduced the bill by £45 ! Marvellous! Since then I have always used Pugbitz and found them reliable, honest, hardworking and a pleasure to do business with !Last year I bought a car from them, great deal and discounted for being a regular customer. Handy for me as I live not too far away. The following week I booked my car in for a Service, not only did I have my car picked up at home but they also de-iced the windows and told me not to worry. Later that day I had the dreaded call, which should've made me sad as my car isn't road worthy. Instead I was elated with the bad news but happy as now I know who I can trust. Pugbitz mechanic admitted to speeding 110 in my car

I have a dash cam in my car and after picking my car up from Pugbitz I reviewed the footage. A Pugbitz mechanic took my car on a test drive after repairing it where he was speeding on local roads, not slowing down for speed bumps and even pulled up the handbrake whilst my car was still moving. I complained to Pugbitz about this but they said the speed was "not dangerous or excessive" despite the mechanic driver admitting to "doing 110 on motorway". I am very disappointed at the poor response I got and the the way my car was driven.
